Copic Coloring tutorial

Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps is one of the sponsors for the Copic Certification Classes taught by Sally Lynn MacDonald, who is also a member of our design team.  One of Sally Lynn’s favorite images to work with when teaching overall coloring techniques to her students, in either the immensely popular Copic 101 or the all-day Copic Certification class, is the GG0033 Tree Frog.

Here, she has made up a display board for store owners to utilize with their Copic Marker displays, and in their own class handouts.

We just LOVE the way she added googley eyes to this kitty. This is a great card idea for that special someone.

Another Great Sample from Vicki Parson

Vicki really did a bang up job with this card.

She stamped the hearts, cut them then colored with copic markers. She then layered on purple mat frames and layered to the beautiful textured surface shown. Added a bit of ribbon and pearls for the perfect finishing touch. Way to go Vicki!

Here is just another stunning sample from Jennifer Greco. She chose blues and greens for this lovely country church scene, and WOW, what a fantastic job she did.

What a great fathers day card this would make. Jennifer pulled the colors from her cardstocks to color “Moby” as I like to call him. She then added embellishments and ribbon to finish the card off. And, what a great way to coordinate papers! Beautiful job.
